About
I am experienced in tech, research, and administration — including supporting a UCSF epidemiology team during Covid-19, where I contributed to public health data tracking, code transcription, and scientific writing. I was nominated alongside my colleagues for a Covid-19 Data Hero Award in 2021.
As an independent contractor, I have provided Tier 1 technical support, account management, coding support, and research for clients ranging from solopreneurs to UC San Francisco and Google/Freebase. I also have experience at Amazon in Seller Support and Customer Support, working across B2C and B2B clients and cross-functional teams.
In parallel, I have done community and care work — youth counseling, peer support, mutual aid, and volunteer advocacy for LGBTQ+ and marginalized communities, including The Trevor Project, MHFA leadership, and Ability One.
More recently I've been building hands-on with AI — helming coding and pair coding with leadership and peers, alongside Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, and Gemini, to create working tools, automations, and documented workflows, including direct API integration with Claude's Vision API. I'm now channeling all of it into frontend development and AI-assisted problem solving: building things that are as well-researched as they are well-designed.

A phone-powered universal screen reader built with Claude's Vision API. Point your camera at any screen — a kiosk, a TV, someone else's laptop — and hear it read aloud. No install required on the target device. Built as a PWA using HTML, JavaScript, and the Web Speech API. Pair coded with Claude.
